SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how OUTFITBULK (operated by OUTFITGOAL, GSTIN 19AAJFO0075C1ZF) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website.

1) Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes.
If a location is non-serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternate solution or refund (as applicable).
International shipping (if offered) is handled on a case-by-case basis; duties/taxes/customs may apply and are borne by the buyer.
2) Order Processing and Dispatch Time

Processing time is the time taken to prepare your order before handing it to the courier.

Ready stock / standard items: Typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Bulk/wholesale large orders: Typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on quantity, QC, packing, and logistics scheduling.
Customized / made-to-order / printing orders (if applicable): Typically dispatched within 3–10 business days (timeline confirmed at order time).

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays, unless explicitly stated.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout based on:

Delivery location/pincode
Order weight/volumetric weight
Order value
Courier availability
4) Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by courier route, local conditions, and unforeseen delays.

Typical delivery timelines (India):

Metro cities: ~ 2–5 business days
Tier 2/3 cities: ~ 3–7 business days
Remote areas: ~ 5–10 business days

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date/time. (Setting realistic expectations is a standard shipping-policy best practice.)

International Shipping (Outside India)

We also provide international shipping on select orders.

International Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

For international orders, shipping cost and delivery timelines are decided and confirmed on a per-order basis, depending on:

destination country and serviceability
total parcel weight/volumetric weight
courier availability and route
order value and packaging requirements

We will share a final shipping quote and estimated delivery window with you before dispatch (or before confirming the international shipment arrangement).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges (if applicable) are typically payable by the buyer to the local customs authority/courier at or before delivery.

Delays Beyond Our Control

International delivery timelines are estimates only and can be impacted by customs clearance, airline/courier routing, local regulations, and other events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by such factors.

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Buyers must provide accurate international shipping details (complete address, postal code, phone number, email). Failed deliveries or returns due to incomplete/incorrect details may lead to additional reshipment or return shipping charges.

5) Tracking and Shipment Updates

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via:

Email / SMS / WhatsApp (where applicable)

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier portal after dispatch.

6) Address and Contact Details Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

Full address with landmark (where needed)
Correct pincode
Working phone number/email for delivery coordination

If you need to change the address, contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before dispatch.

7) Delivery Attempts, RTO and Undelivered Parcels

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 1–3 times. If delivery fails due to:

incorrect address/pincode
unreachable phone number
refusal to accept
repeated non-availability

…the shipment may be marked RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to us.

RTO handling:

Re-shipment can be arranged at additional shipping cost, or
Refund (if applicable) will be processed after we receive the parcel back, subject to deductions for shipping/handling as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8) Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Packages

Please inspect the parcel at delivery.

If the package appears tampered/damaged, you should:

Take photos/video immediately
Note the issue at delivery (where possible)
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof so we can evaluate and assist

Claims without adequate proof or reported after the timeline may not be accepted.

9) Split Shipments (Bulk Orders)

For wholesale/bulk quantities, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels based on:

packaging safety
courier weight limits
stock availability

Tracking details may be shared for each parcel.

10) Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including:

courier delays, strikes, disruptions, weather, lockdowns
route restrictions, local regulatory checks
peak sale seasons and high shipment volumes
11) Cancellations Before Dispatch

Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations will be handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Note: India’s e-commerce framework includes principles around cancellation charges (i.e., cancellation charges should not be imposed on consumers unless similar charges are also borne by the seller for unilateral cancellations).
