RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with OutfitGoal / OutfitBulk (“we”, “us”, “our”). As we operate primarily in bulk/wholesale supply, returns are accepted only under the terms below.
Return Window (3 Days)
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as received
Must be in original packaging (and tags, if applicable)
Must include the invoice / proof of purchase
Refund Amount (80% of Product Value)
If your return is approved and passes inspection, we will refund 80% of the product value.
A 20% deduction will apply as restocking + handling + QC charges (common in bulk/wholesale operations). Outfitbulk also supports configuring restocking fees as part of return rules.
Important:
Forward shipping / COD / payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable
Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item)

Photos/videos (especially for damage/wrong item claims)
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be accepted.
Damages, Wrong Item, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
The order is short/partially missing
We will evaluate and take corrective action as applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Customized / made-to-order items (printing/personalized/special procurement)
Items that are washed, used, altered, or not in original packaging
Clearance / sale items (unless damaged/wrong item delivered)
Any item returned after the 3-day window
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for wholesale orders.
If eligible, you may return the item (as per this policy) and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
If you cancel after dispatch, it will be treated under the return terms above.
We follow the principle that cancellation charges cannot be imposed unless similar charges are also borne by the seller when the seller cancels unilaterally, as per India’s e-commerce rules.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method/bank transfer as applicable.
Refunds are to be effected in line with timelines prescribed by payment system/regulatory guidelines and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules framework.
