How OutfitBulk Orders Work

Direct Answer

OutfitBulk orders are prepaid.

Most ready-stock orders can be placed through the current catalogue and checkout. Custom, printed, corporate, institutional, large-quantity or international requirements may need an approved quotation before payment.

Before paying, confirm the product, size, colour, quantity, stock, price, shipping charge and any printing or customisation details.

COD is not available.

Two Ways to Place an Order

1. Standard Catalogue Order

Use this route for eligible ready-stock products available through the current website.

The usual process is:

  1. Choose the product.
  2. Select the size, colour and quantity.
  3. Review the product details and price.
  4. Estimate or confirm shipping.
  5. Enter accurate billing and delivery details.
  6. Complete prepaid payment.
  7. Receive order confirmation.
  8. Wait for processing and dispatch.
  9. Track the shipment.

2. Assisted or Quotation-Based Order

Use this route when the requirement involves:

  • custom printing or embroidery;
  • custom colours or manufacturing;
  • corporate or institutional buying;
  • large or specialised quantities;
  • detailed size or colour ratios;
  • international shipping;
  • non-standard commercial requirements.

These orders may require discussion, stock confirmation, artwork approval, a quotation and delivery planning before payment.

Step 1: Choose the Right Product

Start with the current OutfitBulk catalogue or product-selection tools.

Review:

  • product type;
  • fabric composition;
  • GSM;
  • fit;
  • size chart;
  • available colours;
  • printing or embroidery suitability;
  • current price;
  • quantity pricing where available;
  • current stock or availability.

Eligible ready-stock products may be ordered from one piece where the product and ordering process permit it.

Step 2: Confirm Size, Colour and Quantity

Before continuing, confirm:

  • product name;
  • selected colour;
  • selected size;
  • total quantity;
  • size ratio for mixed-size orders;
  • colour ratio for mixed-colour orders;
  • any product-specific quantity condition.

Product images and screen colours may vary slightly from the physical product.

For an important or repeatable requirement, a paid sample can help confirm fabric, fit, colour and suitability before placing a larger order.

Step 3: Confirm Printing or Customisation

Blank apparel and customised apparel may follow different order processes.

For printing, embroidery or other customisation, confirm:

  • garment selection;
  • artwork file;
  • print method;
  • print size;
  • print placement;
  • print colours;
  • quantity;
  • price;
  • approval requirements;
  • dispatch estimate.

A mockup is a visual preview. It is not automatically a final production proof.

Custom colours, custom manufacturing and specialised products require a separate feasibility, quantity and quotation review.

Step 4: Confirm the Total Price

The total payable amount may include:

  • apparel price;
  • quantity-based pricing where available;
  • printing or embroidery;
  • artwork or design services;
  • customisation;
  • shipping;
  • applicable taxes;
  • other approved charges.

One-piece and sample orders do not automatically receive the lowest bulk price.

Use the current catalogue for live product prices. Use an approved quotation for custom, large or specialised requirements.

Step 5: Estimate or Confirm Shipping

Shipping is charged separately unless a specific approved offer states otherwise.

The amount may depend on:

  • parcel weight;
  • destination PIN code;
  • courier serviceability;
  • shipping method;
  • applicable taxes.

The Shipping Estimator provides an estimate. The final shipping amount should come from checkout or an approved quotation.

Pan India shipping is available, subject to courier serviceability.

International orders require separate discussion and confirmation.

Step 6: Review All Details Before Payment

Check the following carefully:

  • customer name;
  • billing information;
  • GST details where applicable;
  • delivery address;
  • phone number;
  • product;
  • size;
  • colour;
  • quantity;
  • printing or artwork details;
  • shipping amount;
  • taxes;
  • final payable amount.

Incorrect customer-provided information may affect the invoice, processing or delivery.

Step 7: Complete Prepaid Payment

OutfitBulk accepts prepaid orders only.

COD is not available.

Current approved payment routes may include:

  • Razorpay-supported payment;
  • UPI;
  • debit card;
  • credit card;
  • net banking.

The payment methods displayed at checkout are the current operational source.

Customers should:

  • pay only through approved OutfitBulk channels;
  • verify the order or quotation reference;
  • retain payment proof;
  • avoid paying unknown accounts;
  • contact official support if payment succeeds but order confirmation is not received.

Step 8: Receive Order Confirmation

A standard order is confirmed after the required order details and payment are successfully received.

A custom, printed, corporate, institutional or international order may also require:

  • quotation approval;
  • artwork approval;
  • stock confirmation;
  • production feasibility confirmation;
  • shipping confirmation;
  • documentation;
  • final commercial agreement.

A payment screenshot alone does not replace the official order record.

Step 9: Processing and Dispatch

General dispatch guidance:

  • ready-stock orders: approximately 1–2 working days;
  • bulk orders: approximately 2–5 working days.

These are dispatch estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing may take longer because of:

  • custom printing;
  • production;
  • stock availability;
  • order complexity;
  • artwork approval;
  • payment verification;
  • holidays;
  • courier pickup schedules.

OutfitBulk support and dispatch are closed on Sunday.

Step 10: Track the Shipment

After dispatch, customers may use the current Order Tracking page and available courier information.

Tracking updates depend on the courier system and may not appear immediately after dispatch.

For order-specific tracking questions, use:

  • the official order record;
  • the current tracking page;
  • courier tracking information;
  • official OutfitBulk support.

GST Invoice

OutfitBulk provides GST invoices through the approved invoicing process.

Customers who need business details on the invoice should provide accurate information before the invoice is finalised.

Depending on the transaction, the invoice may include:

  • apparel;
  • printing or other services;
  • shipping or freight;
  • applicable taxes;
  • other approved charges.

The final invoice and approved accounting treatment control the tax amount.

How One-Piece and Sample Orders Work

Eligible ready-stock catalogue products may be ordered from one piece where permitted.

A one-piece order may be used as a sample, but it remains a normal paid order.

The customer generally pays:

  • the applicable catalogue or sample price;
  • shipping;
  • applicable taxes;
  • printing or other approved services where requested.

A sample does not automatically create free-sample, refund, return or bulk-price rights.

How Bulk Orders Work

Bulk orders may require confirmation of:

  • product availability;
  • size ratio;
  • colour ratio;
  • quantity pricing;
  • production requirements;
  • printing or embroidery;
  • shipping;
  • dispatch timeline;
  • payment terms.

Some products have approved quantity-based pricing.

Very large orders may be discussed separately. No discount should be assumed unless it appears in the current product record or approved quotation.

How Corporate or Institutional Orders Work

Corporate and institutional requirements may need:

  • requirement discussion;
  • product selection;
  • samples;
  • branding approval;
  • quotation approval;
  • GST and billing details;
  • delivery planning;
  • payment confirmation.

The order becomes final only after the required product, commercial and delivery details are approved.

How International Orders Work

International orders are handled separately from standard domestic checkout orders.

They require confirmation based on:

  • product;
  • quantity;
  • destination;
  • shipping method;
  • documentation;
  • taxes and duties;
  • payment route;
  • commercial terms.

Domestic shipping estimates, tax treatment and delivery timelines should not be assumed to apply internationally.

Changes After Ordering

Raise any change request immediately through official support.

Changes are not guaranteed after:

  • payment confirmation;
  • order processing;
  • artwork approval;
  • printing;
  • packing;
  • dispatch.

Whether a change can be accepted depends on the order stage and operational feasibility.

Returns and Claims

Current B2B rule:

Manufacturing defects, wrong items or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Correctly supplied goods are otherwise non-returnable.

A claim may require:

  • order details;
  • photographs;
  • video;
  • packaging evidence;
  • quantity details;
  • other requested proof.

The latest approved Returns and Claims Policy controls eligibility and resolution.
