OUTFITBULK DIGITAL DESIGN LICENCE
By purchasing and downloading this design, you receive a non-exclusive commercial usage licence. Ownership and copyright of the original design remain with OutfitBulk or the applicable rights holder.
PERMITTED USE
You may:
- Use the design to print physical products such as T-shirts, hoodies, apparel, merchandise, posters, mugs and similar items.
- Sell physical products printed with the design.
- Modify the design for your own physical-product production.
- Share the file with a printer or production partner only for completing your authorised order.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload or give away the digital design file.
- Sell the design as a digital download, design bundle, template, stock graphic or editable source file.
- Upload the file to public file-sharing websites, design libraries or marketplaces.
- Claim ownership, authorship, copyright or exclusive rights over the original design.
- Register the design, or a substantially unchanged version, as a trademark.
- Transfer or sublicense the design file to another business or customer.
LICENCE TYPE
This is a non-exclusive licence. The same design may be licensed to other customers.
PRODUCTION LIMIT
There is no production quantity limit for physical products unless a specific product page states otherwise.
REFUNDS
Because this is a digital downloadable product, refunds are generally not available after the download has been accessed, except where the supplied file is defective, corrupted, incorrect or materially different from the product description.
FILE RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for confirming that the artwork dimensions, colours, resolution and print method are suitable for your printer and intended product before production.
